Service description

Strat Scanner is an analysis and monitoring platform for traders who use The Strat methodology. The software surfaces Context (forming/pending) and Confirmation (active/expired/invalidated) to support a structured review of price action. It does not provide buy/sell recommendations.

Registration and account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Accounts are personal unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Subscriptions, trials, and payment

Strat Scanner offers free and paid plans. Starter and Pro include a 14-day trial. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Payment details are processed by the billing provider and are not stored by us.

You can cancel at any time. Access remains until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only when required by law.

Acceptable use

• No abuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
• No automated use that unreasonably burdens the systems.
• You remain fully responsible for your decisions and risk management.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may cause interruptions.

Liability

Use is at your own risk. We are not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the service. For simple negligence, liability applies only to breaches of material obligations and is limited to foreseeable damages.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire once you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the right.

Governing law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the provider's seat.
